Cosmic is a black jelly with heavy load of multicolor glitter. It is opaque in one coat, but two coats bring out an extra dimension. It dries somewhat bumpy/gritty and a little matte. This is two coats over one coat of China Glaze Ridge Filler as base coat, and I used Seche Vite top coat.
I have a love/hate relationship with this – in artificial light and sun it is stunning – but in shade outdoors it comes out just black with silver glitter in it. But what do you think of this olidie but goodie from 2009, that you still can be lucky to find…
Cosmic er en sort jelly med en masse mulifarvet glitter. Den dækker allerede ved et lag, men du får en ekstra dimension, når du bruger to lag. Den tørrer lidt mat og med en noget ru overflade, så jeg har oven på disse to lag brugt Seche Vite Top Coat for at få al glitter frem og for at få en jævn overflade.
Jeg har lidt et had/kærlighedsforhold til denne lak – i kunstig belysning og sol er den helt ubeskrivelig flot – men i skygge og udendørs uden sol, er det nærmest kun en sort lak med sølv glitter. Men hvad synes du om denne lak fra 2009, som man i hvert fald på Ebay stadig kan være heldig at finde?

  3. I love it! Wish I'd been paying attention to China Glaze when these came out, but I have managed to pick up some of the collection since.

    1. Yes, that was a massive collection - I think I have bought 4 in total of them during fall/winter...
