Inspired by jewelry - Artsy Wednesday

Looking for a "firm hand shake", look no furter - denne krabbe gav et "fast håndtryk"
This weeks challenge in Artsy Wednesday is Inspired by jewelry. But I don’t wear that much jewelry any longer, but when I do I go for the more untraditional things in my drawer.
I decided a pendant made of amber and a crab claw – two of many things that symbolizes the North Sea, that I’m lucky enough to live close to. Amber is called the gold of the North, google it to learn more about it’s fascinating story. Crab claws are a delicacy IMO even better than the slightly fatter lobster meat, and we love to eat it and serve it to our guests too. Normally they are quite black on the upper side of the claw, and that’s how I painted mine in acrylic colors over China Glaze Sky High-Top. The top coat is Seche Vite.
Check out what the other girls in Artsy Wednesday did in this weeks challenge
Michelle - Lab Muffin,  Alanna - Pretty Purple Polish, Tif - Polished Genious, Lyndsey - Nails by Ms. Lizard, (not this week: Melanie - Nail & Polish), Jessica - Beauty Gnome,  Emily - An Accent Nail, Kamen - Kaka Beauty Blog, Catrine - Unnakednails
