Studded jeans

Studs can be used in numerous ways - fantasy is your only limit
A Y and a cross pattern
A diagonal tip, a random and a square pattern

Some time ago I did a review on BK Fashion Nail Color Navy Blue Silver Shimmer #04
for Born pretty Store, and I thougt it would be a great "jeans" polish for the studded look, and very appropriate for todays review of 2mm square golden studs also from Born Pretty Store.
The studs are very easy to use - and I hope you like the 5 examples of use...
If you want a 10% discount on any product at Born Pretty Store, please use the code G10X31 - also found in the sidebar of my blog.
Later today I have the second of the Gabrini abstract designs, so check in later :)

  1. That is seriously awesome! I would do that for sure... but... I'm a picker. If something sticks up from the nail, I can't help but picking it. It looks great though, so perhaps... :)

    1. Aww, thanks Rainbowify Me - I can see that would be a problem, you need to wrap tape around your fingers LOL - that would look quite, aeeehm.... ;)

  2. More or less I have the same problem as Rainbowify Me... On work, nothing that sticks up from my nails can't "survive" for long :-(
Your designs look great, also the base colour, and my favourite is a cross pattern! :-)

    1. Thanks a lot Raggio di Luna, a good top coat like Seche Vite is the only solution for me, I find it works fantastic....

  3. This is so awesome- and perfect for pairing with the "jeans" polish. How did you place each stud, though? You said it was easy, but to me it looks as though it would be difficult! Did you use tweezers?

    1. Thank you so much Tara, in this case I just dipped the rosewood stick slightly/barely touching a blob of top coat, touched/lifted the stud and placed it on the still wet polish, then I'm able to move it around to the right position. It's easier to to on the wet top coat...
