MAC Peppermint Patti swatches - when a lemming disappoints
Have you even been there - a lemming is finally yours, and in the first glance you realize that it does not at all like the mouthwatering swatches you have seen of it...?
That is where I am with MAC Peppermint Patti!
All though it is a pretty green, it is a subdued and slightly dusty one - not at all bright and minty, like I thought it would be...
The formula is nice enough, the application is easy and the dry time is good - this is 2 coats without a top coat...
Later today I will show you the nail art I did on Peppermint Patti, and it didn't change my mind a bit...

Well, the colour is not my colour at all, but Peppermint Patty makes me think of Linus playing the piano and Lucy sreaming at Charly Brown and Snoopy :o).

SvarSletI can't remember being that disappointed in a lemming, but I did get somewhat surprised when I received OPI's Absolutely Alice. I didn't realize it had little pieced of goldglitter in it. It didn't disappoint though :)
Indeed I did, and I was so happy to find it at a decent price - until it arrived, that is LOL

Yes, I had some disappointment situations, so I just thought "OK, I will surely be useful for my nail art manicures!" :-) But, I like Peppermint Patti, it doesn't look like a big disappointment to me :-)

SletNo, I haven't got that problem. I always buy nailpolish in the shop without seeing swatches of it, so I can't be dissapointed ;-). I like it though.

SletThis happened to me when I finally got the OPI Black Spotted. It was really disappointing and the application was messy. Doing water spots manually comes out so much nicer.
