Celestial T’s In A Tizz is a pretty medium green with a
very strong holo effect. It’s super strong in the sun, strong in low indoor and
artificial light.
It is a
little bit sheer, fairly opaque in 2 coats, but even if I always use a ridge
filler base coat – I felt the need to use 3 coats for these photos, so you see
3 easy coats (good dry time) with a coat of Seche Vite.
