ILNP Peri Me is a soft periwinkle holo with a gold flakies
and red micro shimmer. It is slightly grey-toned out of the sun – and in the
sun a vibrant periwinkle blue with a super strong rainbow. This is 2 easy coats
with a coat of Seche Vite.
