A England Queen Of Scots, Elizabeth and Mary coll.swatches

A England Queen of Scots is from the Elizabeth and Mary collection, from which I previously have shown the gorgeous Crown of Thistles. Queen of Scots is a beautiful, super pigmented dark royal/midnight blue with a gorgeous shimmer. It is opaque in one easy coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.
Isn't it a beautiful deep blue..?

    It looks beautiful on you, but I think it is a colour that would just look black on me :)

      Normally I feel like that about blackened colors, but rarely with blue shades, so I'm happy about that!

    I found when I wore it that it stained my nails :-( I only used one coat and no TC :-|

      Thanks a lot - I must admit I only swatched it, but in general always use a base coat with pigmented colors like this one...

      Oh I always use a base coat for every polish. And some still stain!! I've tried expensive base coats and cheap ones and get staining with both!!! It's fairly rare, thankfully!

      The NYC I posted on Tuesday, it is the worst so far...my nails are still stained over a week later :-| But it is getting better.

      Ahh, yes, unfortunately I also have experienced that, among others with A England Order of the Garter...
      Smurf nails are the worst of all stains :(
