is from the It’s A Narwhal Kinda Day collection. It is a super holo with a
really super strong effect in ANY light setting. It is a lavender/blue leaning
purple, depending on the angle you see it in – wow! It is very opaque in one
coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.
Isn't it simply amazing..?
