Dance Legend Quiet Riot 15 is from the WOW Prism collection –
and my bottle say: Quite Riot, but it IS Quiet according to Dance Legend.
Normally I’m not a grey fan, but this steel grey is too beautiful not to love –
just as I love the rest of the WOW Prism polishes both in color and finish! Two
easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
It has a holo grey tweed feel to it, I like it...
