Picture Polish Salt Water is one of the 5 new polishes, it is a
Collaboration Shade 2016 – with the Instagramer @nailstorming from USA. It’s a
gorgeous pastel turquoise jelly with scattered holo – I really, really love it.
It was surprisingly opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche
Vite. It dried a little slower that I’m used to with Picture Polish.
