Picture Polish Hot Lips swatches

Picture Polish Hot Lips was released in 2009 and is one of the Standard Shades. It’s a hot neon pink – so bright and in-your-face hot pink, I love it. It was fairly opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite – but no white undies.

I love this happy and hot pink :)
