Sandwich flowers – was: White/blue one-strokes with golden outlining

 
 
The base color is Essie Smooth Sailing, and the one-strokes I painted with acrylic colors. But right before I top coated with Seche Vite, I got the crazy idea to layer the flowers with China Glaze Luxe & Lush, making them a kind of “sandwich-flowers”. What do you think?
Grundfarven er Essie Smooth Sailing, og one-stroke blomsterne malede jeg med akrylfarve. Men lige inden jeg ville lægge min toplak, Seche Vite, fik jeg den skøre ide først at lægge China Glaze Luxe & Lush OVER blomsterne, så det blev en slags sandwich effekt. Hvad synes du om det?

  3. Jeg er ikke helt sikker på, at jeg synes, at Luxe & Lush var en god idé. Men jeg synes helt sikkert at blomsterne er smukke. Som altid. :D

    1. Tusind tak, Rainbowify Me, på billederne ser det måske lidt overvældende ud, men i virkeligheden så det faktisk ret godt ud - men smag og behag er jo heldigvis forskellig :)

  7. I like this! It was a great idea to layer Luxe and Lush overtop- it looks interesting to see glints of the flakey topcoat.
