The base
color is 2 coats of Sation Miss Emo Shun All (hence the title), and gorgeous blurple neon. It was
a bit thick and dried a bit slow, but OHMG it’s so gorgeous! I painted the
flowers with acrylic colors and top coated with Seche Vite.
