This weeks challenge in Artsy Wednesday is neon!
The base
color is the gorgeous bright, bright green polish from The Polish Junkie,
the name is Apple.
Using the bottle brushes of each of these neons: China Glaze
Sun-Kissed, Sinful 24/7, Julie G Fierce & Fab and Gabrini M113 – I created
a random pattern and outlined it with a black striper. The top coat is Seche Vite.
