This mani is from May 15th. The base
color is Essence 04 The Dawn Is Broken from the Vampire’s coll. I sponged a
“belt” over it with China Glaze Tinsel Town, and then I painted flowers in
acrylic paint. Finally I top coated with Seche Vite.
