Steel is
a charcoal, blackened grey with a very beautiful shimmer. It is very opaque in
one coat, but this is 2 coats without a top coat. Look at that shiny finish,
isn’t it just perfect!?
That's a really interesting black. Looks like the perfect base for some cool nail art :)
