Indeed it is - it's made by Color Club, and I am highly sensitive to smells, but this was a quite normal nail polish smell!

I love the colour of this one. It looks really sparkly, but a bit flatter than some other shades you have so far shown us.
I'm not quite sure I know what you mean by "flatter" in this case - like flatter in color intensity, shine - or maybe something quite different?
