It surprised me, I thought the base would be more milky, but it is actually very sheer and perfect for layering.
It is from the As You Wish coll. based on the creators favorite books and movies.
It has hex glitters in white, gold and mint, and a few tiny red ones too. I layered 1 coat over 4 different bright shades, and I liked the finished result...
