Powder Perfect Despair is from the Melancholia collection 2014.
Despair is a blackened navy blue holo with a strong effect in the sun – but also very visible in all other light settings except in outdoor shade. It is completely opaque in one coat, but this is two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
It's new in the shop Edgy Polish where I bought this beauty!!
I can't wear black, you know, but the sparkles are so lovely :))) It's a great nail polish for someone who can wear black on nails - but I guess it's good for stamping as it's well opaque.
