Cadillacquer State Of Emergency is from the spring 2014 Seek The Fire collection.
It is a vampy blackened base with a gorgeous burgundy red and copper shimmer and a touch of holo dust, it’s sooo beautiful, and I’m happy I got it before it sold out. It is super opaque in one coat, so that might be all you need, but I chose to go with two coats and a coat of Seche Vite.

Too brown for me, unfortunately. It reminds me of a-england's Briar Wood slightly. It's OK nail polish, just not 'mine'.
