The giveaway is open to anyone living in a country that allows nail polish in the mail - it runs 3 weeks and ends on November 24th!
If possible I will try to let the first picked winner choose first, the second picked winner choose next etc. - so I am giving the 4 prizes each a number - and in the Rafflecopter there is an option where you tell me in what order you prefer the prizes!
