Chaos & Crocodiles Cipher is from the Secret Agent collection.
Cipher is a turquoise – teal-leaning holo with a super strong effect in the sun and it’s very visible in all other light settings! The first coat is very opaque, but this is 2 easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
