Lilypad Lacquer Rebel At Heart swatches

Lilypad Lacquer Rebel At Hart is a stunningly gorgeous red holo – I simply love everything about it! It’s opaque in one coat, but this is two very easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite!
Isn't it just gorgeous??
