I’m Still Tacky is
from the Overboard collection, summer 2015. It is describe as a bright, cherry
red holo with an inner glow, and that inner glow really is super visible in all
light settings, so even if the holo isn’t very strong, this is a gorgeous gem.
It is super opaque in one coat, so you easily can get away with that. For these
photos I did however use two coats and a coat of Seche Vite.
