NailNation 3000 Matters of the Heart is a Holiday 2014 LE and a truly gorgeous magenta
holo with a super strong effect in the sun, but it’s also fully visible in
indoor light settings – oh, I love it so much!! This is two easy coats with a
coat of Seche Vite.
