Picture Polish Dorothy was launched in 2012, but it’s still available.
It’s one of the Mesh Shades. It is inspired by Dorothy’s ruby slippers, it’s a
bright, glammy and super happy red with loads of micro glitters in a
magenta/pink and silver. It is very opaque in one coat, but this is two with a
cat of Seche Vite. It dries a bit textured without a top coat. I love it!
