Colors by Llarowe Cocktail Party is from the Hypnotic Polish store exclusive collection called Time To Chill. It’s a gorgeous magenta neon with a subtle, but kind of glowing scattered holo effect – I love, love, loooove it! It is rather opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.
