Cupcake Polish Be More Pacific swatches
Cupcake Polish Be More Pacific is from the Luau collection. It’s a
blue leaning teal holo with a generous amount of blue shimmer. It is fairly
opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.
