The base
color is Finger Paints To-Teally Hot. I sponged a little China Glaze Atlantis
over it as the go perfectly hand in hand color-wise. And lo and behold, I also
had an acrylic color in the exact same shade – so I mixed it with white for the
flowers, and finally I top coated with Seche Vite!

Beautiful colours, they go well together. Normal because you had the same colour in acrylic paint :-). I like the glitters too, they make it classy.
