INLP Closure is one of the new Ultra Holos released for
summer 2015. It is a juicy apple red, slightly magenta leaning, with a really
nice holo effect, also out of the sun, and it has added holo micro glitters to
make it even more gorgeous. It is fairly opaque in one coat, but two gives more
depth, so that is what you see here + a coat of Seche Vite.
