Celestial Cosmetics Ocean of Storms swatches


Celestial Cosmetics Ocean Of Storms was released in January 2015. It is a medium forest kind of green holo with a super strong effect, also very visible in indoor light settings. You see it in two coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
