Too Fancy Lacquer Blue Willow is a beautiful pale blue holo with a remarkably super strong effect considering the light color. It’s visible in basically all light settings. I think crisp winter, spring or summer when I see it on my nails! This is 2 easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
