Chanel Pepite 257 - 2007

Today I have a sparkly old girl to show you!!

Chanel Pepite 257 is from 2007 and as far as I know it’s an Asia exclusive. It’s a clear base with holographic micro glitter and I’m showing it in one single coat from index to pinkie over 4 Chanel polishes: Vendetta 483, Blue Statin 461, Provocation 599 and Black Satin 219. Isn’t it gorgeous?

I love this oldie - she glitters and sparkles like crazy!

Chanel Dazzling 477 and Delice 147, Holiday 2007 - Collaboration Saturday

Chanel Dazzling 477 and Delice 147 were released as the 2007 Holiday collection, and I'm showing both in this version of Collaboration Saturday together with my friend Elena from PicturedTinsel!

Chanel Dazzling 477 is a slightly muted red cream leaning. It is very opaque in one coat, but this is two without a top coat.

Delice over Dazzling:

Chanel Delice 147 is a sheer flakie/shimmer, buildable in more coats, but I primarily see it as a topper. I show it over Dazzling and A England Camelot – no top coat.

Chanel Noir Ceramic 337 spring 2007 - swatches

Chanel Noir Ceramic 337 – is from spring 2007: Allegoria 331, Madness 333, Blanc Ceramic 335 and Noir Ceramic 337.
Noir Ceramic is a charcoal black with a beautiful silver shimmer – so it’s black, but still it feels less “hard” black, I kind of like that. This is 2 coats without a top coat – but one coat would have been enough.

I like this kind of shimmery black, do you..?

Chanel Blanc Ceramic 335 spring 2007 - swatches

Chanel Blanc Ceramic 335 – is from spring 2007: Allegoria 331, Madness 333, Blanc Ceramic 335 and Noir Ceramic 337.

Blanc Ceramic is a sheer pearlescent white, a little prone to brush strokes, but it's more visible on the photos than on the nails. This is 3 coats without a top coat. 4 coats might have been better for my ridged nails.

Chanel Tulipe Noire 457 fall 2007 swatches

Chanel Tulipe Noir 457 – is a fall LE from 2007: Lily Beige 451, Magnolia Rose 453, Tulipe Noire 457 and Lotus Rouge 455, the latter was not an LE and is still available.

Tulipe Noir is a gorgeous, vampy, dark wine red with a beautiful shimmer.

It is very opaque, so one rich coat is enough, but here you see 2 coats without a top coat.

Chanel Magnolia Rose 453 fall 2007 swatches

Chanel Magnolia Rose 453 – is a fall LE from 2007: Lily Beige 451, Magnolia Rose 453, Tulipe Noire 457 and Lotus Rouge 455, the latter was not an LE and is still available.

Magnolia Rose is a pale white-toned pink polish with a pretty, but fairly subtle shimmer. This is 3 coats without a top coat, but on normal nails (not heavily ridged like mine) 2 coats is enough.

Chanel Lily Beige 451 fall 2007 swatches

Chanel Lily Beige 451 – is a fall LE from 2007: Lily Beige 451, Magnolia Rose 453, Tulipe Noire 457 and Lotus Rouge 455, the latter was not an LE and is still available.

Lily Beige is a nude with a pretty shimmer, you can use it as a sheer one-coater, but because of my ridges I chose to show it in 3 coats – but without a topcoat.
