Nailstation swatches: Red Romance, Electric Shopper and Cocorico

Today I have swatches of Nailstation Red Romance, Electric Shopper and Cocorico. I show them in 2 coats and without a top coat. Formula is flawless and dry time is good!

 

 

Nailstation Red Romance is a bright red with a shy shimmer - It's so pretty!

 

 

Nailstation Electric Shopper is a mid blue, strong and bold - in my eyes not really an electric blue, because it has a very light blend of turquoise... The finish is semi matte...

 

 

 

Nailstation Cocorico is a perfect light blue with a subtle shimmer - I simply love this type of blue....

Confidential flowers

The base color is Nailstation Confidentiel, see swatches HERE, and I thought I was smart to add a coat of Lynnderella Sapphire Starfire (to please my glitter loving readers ;) – but I wasn’t, it looks terrible – so please disregard my ring finger, and look at the rest. The flowers are painted with acrylic color and the top coat is Seche Vite.

I will show my birth month polish, Lynnderella Sapphire Starfire in a seperate post later.

4 shades of yellow: Picture Polish Mellow Yellow, Nailstation Lightening Lemon, Linda Johansen Spring Yellow and Nailstation Confidentiel - swatches

When I recently chatted with Wenche from Norway Nails we also talked about future blogger samples, and I mentioned 4 yellow polishes I would love to blog about...
We continued chatting - and then some minutes later she wrote the words, I never will forget because I laughed so hard: Are you SURE you want that many yellows in your parcel.....???
Well as I was about to shop in her store anyhow, so I bought Picture Polish Mellow Yellow myself to ease the shocked Wenches mind  ;)

4 lovely shades of yellow

 

First we have Picture Polish Mellow Yellow, it's a pretty pastel yellow with a  fabulous formula, two easy coats over my ridge filler base coat. No top coat.

 

Nailstation Lightening Lemon is in fact not that at all, it's a pretty yellow in a shade that I call a bright pastel - mellow and lovely. This is also two easy coats over my ridge filler base coat. No top coat.

 

Spring Yellow from Linda Johansen is a yellow that reminds me of the ripening peal of a banana, or you could say a yellow with a touch of papaya - hard to describe and unique in my collection. This also was two easy coats over my ridge filler base coat. No top coat.

 

Nailstation Confidentiel - a bright, happy and summer-y lemon yellow, not a neon, but very bold and bright. I love my pastel yellows, but I also think that this type of yellow is pure perfection! You see two easy coats over my ridge filler base coat. No top coat.

Menthe's flowers

 

 

 

The base color is the delicate and beautiful mint from Nailstation Menthe. I painted red/white flowers with acrylic craft color, and I top coated with Seche Vite.

Juicy gossip in the field of flowers

 

 

The base color is Nailstation Juicy Gossip – a gooorgeous mint cream color. I sponged the tips with China Glaze Atlantis and the field of tiny flowers I painted with acrylic craft color. The top coat is Seche Vite.

Loose lines abstract

 

 

The base color is Nailstation Vanille, a perfect pastel yellow, sent to me by Norway Nails to review, and I have previously shown you swatches.Remember to use the code MARIA10 to get 10% off on  Norway Nails...
I used two if it’s siblings: Nailstation Gomme and Menthe for some random stripes/areas painted over Vanille with the bottlebrushes in each of them. And before I top coated with Seche Vite I painted some loose stripes and patterns with a black striper. Quick and fairly easy…

Til dette abstrakte design brugte jeg også to af dens ”søskende”, nemlig Nailstation Gomme og Menthe, idet jeg malede felter på Vanille med penslerne i de to lakker. Derefter malede jeg nogle løse mønstre med en sort striper og jeg brugte som sædvanligt Seche Vite som top lak. Hurtigt og forholdsvist let…

The base color is the gorgeous pastel blue Nailstation Gomme, sent to me by Norway Nails to review, and I have previously shown you swatches. I wanted to stay in subdued pastel colors and ended up painting the above with acrylic craft color, and I top coated with Seche Vite.

Nailstation Gomme, Menthe and Vanille swatches

Today I have 3 gorgeous pastel polishes from Nailstation "Pastel Palette coll.", sent to me from NORWAY NAILS for review - and I had to do a silly little happy polish dance, when I saw them - they are SO much me....

First we have Gomme - and I have fallen especially much in love the this pastel blue shade. It is so clear and exactly like I love a pastel blue. This is 2 coats, no top coat - perfect application and dry time.

 

 

Next we have Menthe - a very delicate mint with a lot of white in it - so pretty, and I should have worn 2 coats of ridge filler base coat - but you can see the color nonetheless. This is 2 coats, no top coat - perfect application and dry time.

 

Finally we have a gorgeous and PERFECT pastel yellow (did I ever tell you I love those, nah, probably not, but I do ;) - it is Vanille, and I love it. This is 2 coats, no top coat - perfect application and dry time.

I have done nail art on all 3 of them, and I look forward to showing them to you!!!

Nailstation Juicy Gossip is the perfect mint cream color from my point of view, refreshing, bright and lovely to look at. Two coats gives full opacity, and it’s very easy to work with, has a good self-leveling ability, dries fast and has a nice shine – it’s simply gorgeous.

Nailstation Juciy Gossip er den perfekte mint grønne farve set med mine øjne, frisk, klar og lys. To lag dækker fuldstændigt, og den er meget let at lægge, den udjævner sig fint, tørrer hurtigt og har en smuk skinnende finish – den er bare fantastisk!

 

Nailstation Vandalism Art 91 is a happy, bright and fun glitter with fairly large pieces in gold, silver, red, purple, blue and green. It makes me smile even if I’m not really a glitter person myself, it makes me think of a clown suit! It was easy to apply, very easy to manage – and as with most glitters a little dabbing to place the glitters where you want them is necessary, but the are flat, and do not really need a top coat, if you don’t want to.

First we have it over Nailstation Juicy Gossip here with Seche Vite Top coat.

Nailstation Vandalism Art 91 er en sjov og glad glitter med ret store stykker i guld, sølv, rød, lilla, blå og grøn. Den får mig til at smile selvom jeg ikke rigtigt er den store glitter fan – den får mig til at tænke på en klovnedragt. Den var let at lægge og selvom jeg skulle duppe og flytte lidt med glitter stykkerne (som man altid skal med større glitter stykker i lakker), så ligger de fladt og har faktisk ikke brug for en toplak, hvis du helst er fri.
