Chanel Khaki Brun - Les Khakis FNO 2010 collection swatches

Chanel Khaki Brun – is from the Les Khakis, Fashion Night Out 2010 coll.: Khaki Vert, Khaki Rose and Khaki Brun.
Khaki Brun is a cream polish, and the shade is a mix between brown and olive, I think it is a bit too murky for my liking. You easily can get away with 1 coat – but this is 2 coats without a top coat. The application is easy, the dry time is good and the shine is amazing.
Below you see it mattified, I think I like that better.
Chanel Khaki Brun – er fra Les Khakis, Fashion Night Out 2010 coll.: Khaki VertKhaki Rose and Khaki Brun.
And finally with Chanel Velvet Mat Top Coat - which do you prefer?
Earlier today I showed Khaki Rose, and tomorrow Khaki Vert is scheduled!

Chanel Khaki Rose - Les Khakis FNO 2010 collection swatches

Chanel Khaki Rose – is from the Les Khakis, Fashion Night Out 2010 coll.: Khaki Vert, Khaki Rose and Khaki Brun.
Khaki Rose is a milk chocolate brown cream with a weak rose hue, and you easily can get away with 1 coat – but this is 2 coats without a top coat. The application is easy, the dry time is good and the shine is amazing.
Do you like Khaki Rose?
Later today I will show Khaki Brun and tomorrow Khaki Vert is scheduled!

Dior Licorice/Reglisse 972 swatches and comparisons - Collaboration Saturday

On this Collaboration Saturday together with my friend Elena from PicturedTinsel I am showing:
Dior Reglisse - Licorice 972 was a 2008 LE, and it's sought after, so I was happy to find it!
It's a gorgeous deep wine/plum with amazing flecks and shimmer.
This is two easy coats without a top coat - enjoy...
Du ser her 2 letlagte lag uden toplak....
And finally a comparison, click to see the photo in a larger version...

So, do you like it as much as I do...?
I wonder what Elena  has for us today, I have the feeling it is as pretty as this one ;)
Hvad synes du om den?

Delush swatches: Oopsie Daisy and It Takes Two to Mango

As the two next polishes sent for review from Edgy Polish project: "send me polishes you need photos of" I have Delush Oopsie Daisy and It Takes Two to Mango!!
Both are shown in 2 coats without a top coat...
Delush Oopsie Daisy took me by surprise. As you might now, I love a pastel yellow, but I was surprised that the shimmer was this rich and makes it an interesting blend between pastel yellow and gold. A very unique polish in my collection...

Delush It Takes Two to Mango is a opalescent peach, somewhat prone to brush strokes. The finish is silky, not shiny.
It's not really my color, and my husband is less subtle, he thinks it's like old granny underwear ;) - but it is pretty if you are a peach lover and able to pull this shade off...
