Rock The Boat is a slightly dusty pastel blue with a subtle shimmer - and I was not as wow'ed by it as I hoped - it's too dusty for me...

SletI basically love this entire collection... but I;ll be passing on all of them due to how similar it is to Essies past collections. Great Swatches however, the blue look great on you/next to your skin tone!
