They are
both holos with a very strong effect in the sun, but it’s also very visible in
indoor light settings. They are fairly opaque in one coat, but are shown in two
with a coat of Seche Vite.
La Tropicale:
Cirque La Tropicale is a dark teal holo, I like it a lot, OK, not
true, I love it!!
I really
am warming up to teals at the moment LOL
