Crows Toes Edgy Red, Edgy Polish store excl. swatches

Crows Toes Edgy Red is an uber-uber-uber-gorgeous magenta holo, an Edgy Polish store exclusive that I finally was lucky to get my hands on… This is two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
My photos show it sliiiightly more red, than it is in person...

This is a polish that I could wear forever, I'm in love with it - and magenta IS my favorite color, especially a magenta HOLO :D

Crows Toes Huginn & Muninn is from the 9 Realms collection. It has a blue jelly base with shimmery purple to green shifting pigments and I also see teal shades in it. The shift is remarkably strong and very impressive. This is 2 easy coats without any black underwear.

Crows Toes One Trick Pony is part of the One Mad Crazy Summer collection – and it’s a complex one… It’s a duochrome holo, and it’s shifting from purple to a blackened grayish-green. The holo is very strong and visible in most light settings. This is 2 easy coats.

Crows Toes Asgard swatches

Crows Toes Asgard is a pale blue-green holo with a rich golden shimmer – sometimes it is almost sky blue and sometimes more pale green than blue, it really is a chameleon depending on the light. The holo is super strong in the sun and very strong to strong in any other kind of light – and the shimmers sparkle all the time. This is 2 easy coats with a top coat.

Crows Toes Nidavellir, 9 Realms swatches

Crows Toes Nidavellir is from the 9 Realms collection 2014.

Nidavellir is a duochrome shifting from purple to a dark teal and it has color shifting glitters. It is very opaque in 1 coat, but this is 2 coats and a coat of Seche Vite.

Crows Toes Alfheim swatches - 9 Realms collection 2014

Crows Toes Alfheim is from the 9 Realms collection 2014.

Alfheim is a very pale and slightly silvery green holo.

I was a bit disappointed at first and thought to myself, ah well, a work safe palate cleanser, but then I went out in the sun – and holy moly – the rainbows queued to dazzle me!! The holo is also really visible in indoor light and strong in artificial light. This is two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.

Crows Toes swatches: Alcyone and Love Stinks

Crows Toes Alcyone is not opaque in two coats, so I layered 2 coats (1 might have been OK too) over an eggplant purple, but black or very dark blue would have been great too!
It has a lovely duochrome shift between purple and blue. No top coat is used for these swathes.
Alcyone was one of the polishes I got from the sweet Wenche from Norway Nails!

Crows Toes Love Stinks is a bit sheer in two coats - and less in your face than on these swatches, where I layered it over a hot pink. No top coat is used.
