Without top coat - and below with...

Penelope Luz Passionate is a slightly wine-leaning red with a lot of gorgeous shimmer/flakies, and the finish is semi-matte/satin - I'm showing without and with top coat...
It is easy to work with and I'm showing it in 2 easy coats.
I prefer it with a coat of Seche Vite, because to me that’s when the magic happens…
