5 random polishes: Jessica Birds Of Paradise, Astor Quick ‘n Go 356, Yes Love Colour Speckled #6, P2 010 bitter-sweet purple and Vogue Paisaje 55.

Jessica Birds Of Paradise:

Jessica Birds Of Paradise is a mid purple metallic with duochrome tendencies. It’s easy to apply, and this is 2 coats without a top coat.

Astor Quick ‘n Go 356:

Astor Quick ‘n Go with the interesting name 356, it’s a very dark eggplant purple with a subtle shimmer. The formula is easy to work with, and this is 2 easy coats without a top coat. You can get away with one rich coat.

Yes Love Colour Speckled #6:

Yes Love Colour Speckled #6 is a pastel lime or a pastel yellow with a green hue and it has red and black round glitters in 2 sizes. The formula was not super easy to work with and it has a weird smell. This is 3 coats with a top coat.

P2 010 bitter-sweet purple:

P2 010 bitter-sweet purple is from the Beauty Rebel collection. It’s a pretty lavender with a silver shimmer. It is surprisingly opaque in 1 coat, but this is 2 coats without a top coat.

Vogue Paisaje:

Vogue Paisaje 55 is a pretty spring green cream polish. Normally 2 coats would be enough, but my ridges required 3 coats over the ridge filler. I used a top coat.

Jessica swatches: King Tut's Gem and Lime Cooler

Jessica King Tut’s Gem is a vibrant, medium blue with a subtle, pretty shimmer. Two coats are enough, but the flash made my ridged shine through, so this is three coats without a top coat.

Lime Cooler:

Jessica Lime Cooler is from the Gelato Mio collection summer 2012.

Lime Cooler is a light spring green without too much yellow, and that makes it a pretty pastel green (not mint or lime) in my book. The formula is nice to work with, it goes on just a tad streaky in the first coat, but the second coat leaves you with a lovely finish.

Jessica Born 2 Pansy, Heavy Petal collection 2012 - swatches

Jessica Born 2 Pansy is a sheer beautiful pastel lilac packed with blue shimmers.

It’s from summer 2012, and was part of the Heavy Petal collection. Two coats would be enough for nails without my heavy ridges and if you are OK with a visible nail line. This is however three coats without a top coat.

What do you think of Born 2 Pansy..?

Orange flowers for Sophia - and I have the flue :(

 

 

The base color is Jessica Sofia True Blue, and I lost my heart completely to this amazing blue…. 

As usual I painted the flowers with acrylic craft color before I top coated with Seche Vite!
The flue really hit me hard last night, and I'm really ill - fortunately I have scheduled post for the next days, but I'm not able to visit blogs I normally visit - I will try to reply to comments in here on my own blog tomorrow...

Grundfarven er Jessica Sofia True Blue, og jeg tabte fuldstændigt mit hjerte til denne smukke blå…

Jeg malede som sædvanligt blomsterne med akrylfarve, og toplakken er Seche Vite.
Jeg har fået influenza og er virkelig syg med høj feber. Heldigvis har jeg klargjort indlæg til automatisk postning de næste dage, men jeg er ikke sikker på at jeg får overskud til andet end at besvare kommentarer her på min egen blog...

Jessica It's a Girl Thing coll. 2013 swatches: 747 Sophia - True Blue, 750 Ava - New Kid in Town and 751 Alexsis - Ruby Empress

Today I have swatches my 3 picks of the 6 colors from Jessica "It's a Girl Thing" collection released spring 2013. All are shown in 2 coats and without a top coat.

 

First we have 747 Sophia True Blue, it's called a Robin's egg color, but it is more sky blue, and I TOTALLY LOVE LOVE LOVE that color. It has a beautiful, subtle silver shimmer.

 

750 Ava New Kid In Town is a medium lavender, slightly dusty, with a very subtle silvery shimmer.

 

 

751 Alexis Ruby Empress is a bold true red with a subtle pink shimmer - so gorgeous!

Snowdrops - vintergækker

 

 

They must be here soon – I long for them…
The base color is Jessica Surfer Boyz’n Berries and I sponged the tips with Butter London Wallis and OPI Goldeneye in a random pattern. I painted the snowdrops with acrylic craft color, and the top coat is Seche Vite.

Nu MÅ vintergækkerne da snart komme – jeg savner dem, har læst at de er fremme nogen steder…

Shimmer and flowers for Venus

 

 

The base color is Jessica Venus Was Her Name – a very interesting and unique color, a smoky, grey purple with a lovely shimmer. I sponged the tips, and I have forgotten to write with what, but it could be one of my Make Up your Face shimmer top coats or a Kiko Sparkle touch – sorry about that. I painted my flowers with acrylic craft colors and top coated with Seche Vite.

Grundfarven er Jessica Venus Was Her Name – en meget ineressant og unikfarve, en røgfarvet grå-lilla med et smuk shimmer. Jeg duppede tipperne, og jeg har desværre glemt at skrive med hvad, men det er enten en Make Up Your Face eller Kiko Sparkle Touch shimmer, det beklager jeg.

Blomsterne er malet med akrylfarver og toplakken er Seche Vite.
