I recently bought Illamasqua Throb, a gorgeous blod red cream as a combo with Spartan, a beautiful gold glitter... Throb is easy to apply, dries quickly, and here you see it in 2 coats and without a top coat!
Illamasqua Spartan is an almost self applying gold glitter, surprisingly smooth even without a top coat. Here you see it in 2 coats and no top coat.
Below I played with the two together, simply using the brush in Spartan, and look how smooth it is even without a top coat....
