Lilypad Lacquer Velveteen swatches
Lilypad Lacquer Velveteen is a dusty rose mauve leaning holo – unfortunately not a good match with my skin color or taste in general. The holo is strong in the sun, flat in outdoor shade and slightly visible in other light settings, where is looks like kind of a shimmer. This is 2 coats without a top coat.
What do you think of Velveteen?

Uhm... it's definitely somehow different and it looks great in a huge macro. But I think it wouldn't match my complexion either. All in all I appreciate how different it is.

SvarSletIt is a bit serious, a grown up shade, but very interesting because of the holo effect. I have no doubt it will serve as a nice canvas for your lovely nail art.
LOL - you know me so well - and yes, I think you are right about the grown-up thing. The problem is that a polish has to speak to me to make me paint nail art - so no nail art on this one :)
SletI'm actually not that keen on it :-O I think it might be the colour :-| sorry. The holo effect looks amazing in the 4th photo in the bottle, but that doesn't seem to translate to the nails.
