Yves Saint Laurent Violine Surrealiste 14 swatches

I'm not running out of Chanel polishes to show you, but this Saturday I'm showing another Yves Saint Laurent for a change...

Yves Saint Laurent Violine Surrealiste 14 is a beautiful fuchsia/blue toned purple crelly. Two rich coats might be enough for normal use, but to ensure good photos I added an extra – no top coat.

It's quite beautiful, isn't it..?

Chanel Samba 14 swatches

Chanel Samba 14 was released at the same time as Flamenco 10, Tango 12 and Salsa 13 in 2000 or 2002 according to my research. Maybe Cha Cha 11 also belonged to this collection I have however contradicting info on that. The name of the collection also is unclear, some call it the Latin Dance collection, but it could be just a nickname.

Samba 14 is a dark red gold with shifts in copper depending on the light and angle. It is opaque in two coats and dries with a beautiful shine. 

I think this old polish is rather unique and interesting, what do you think..?

Micro Painting Monday - 14

This is Micro Painting Monday #14 - time flies, doesn't it??
The first set is called "Flowers on the blue sky" - I love this set because of the different motifs and bright colors. It's available for sale when my shop Micropaintings by Maria opens - and I hope it is within a week - keeping fingers crossed :)

The last set is also for sale, it's called "Vines on holographic silver", it is vines with small berries...
