I Love Nail Polish (ILNP) 1st and 15th is a blue-toned (cold) green, not very dark, but darkish. I was afraid it might be teal, but it’s like a dark emerald. It is a holo with a super strong effect in the sun, and it’s highly visible all light settings. It’s not even truly flat in outdoors shade. This is 2 easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
