My New Year nail art: Golden illusions in the blue satin

This was what I wore for New Years evening!

The base color is one coat of the gorgeous effect topper Chanel Illusion d’Or 450 over one coat of Chanel Blue Satin 461. I painted the flowers with acrylic craft colors and the top coat is Seche Vite.

Grundfarven er et lag af en smukke effektlak Chanel Illusion d’Or 450 over et lag Chanel Blue Satin 461. Jeg malede mine blomster med akrylfarve og toplakken er Seche Vite.

Blue satin flowers

The base color is Chanel Blue Satin, swatched HERE, and I painted my flowers with acrylic paint. Before I top coated with Seche Vite, I added a coat of inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver for a little extra sparkle.

I loved wearing this one!

Grundfarven er Chanel Blue Satin, swatchet HER, og jeg malede mine blomster med akrylfarve. Før jeg topcoatede med Seche Vite lagde jeg et lag inm Northern Light Hologram Top Coat Silver for at få lidt ekstra glitter.

Chanel Blue Satin 461, Aurora Blues Accent coll. swatches - Collaboration Saturday

In the collaboration swatch project together with my friend Elena from PicturedTinsel I am today showing the second of the Aurora Blues coll.:
Chanel Blue Satin 461 - is from the Aurora Blues Accent coll. spring 2008 including: Blue Satin 461, Rose Satin 463, WhiteSatin 459 and Azur 465 - click on the names to see the others.
Bonus info: Black Satin 219 does not belong to this collection!

Blue Satin is a gorgeous blackened blue with a beautiful cobalt shimmer. One rich coat can be enough, but here you see 2 coats without a top coat.

The application is a breeze and the shine is amazing.

Blue Satin er en supersmuk og mørk blå med et smukt kobolt blå shimmer. Du kan sagtens nøjes med et lag, men her ser du 2 lag uden toplak.
Den er let at lægge og se hvor den skinner.
