Colors by Llarowe Breathless is from the stunning Winter 2015
collection. It’s a gorgeous deep, dark and vampy red with beautiful shimmer in
a magenta/pink, that gives it a magenta hue. It is fairly opaque in one coat,
but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.
