Nubar released their Sparkles collection in the spring of 2010, and on Black Friday 2012 I bought these three, micro glitters, left to right Hyacinth Sparkles, Violet Sparkles and Star Sparkles. They are shown in 2 coats, no color beneath and with one coat of Seche Vite top coat.
