Potion Polish Sparkler Stars, Independence Day Trio swatches

Potion Polish Sparkler Stars is from the Independence Day collection, I already showed you the two others: As American As Cherry Pie and Five-O Glow.

Sparkler Stars is a gorgeous silver holo with added holo micro glitters and silver micro flakies. The result is a mind-blowingly strong effect, it’s impressive even in indoor light…  The first coat was sheer, but this is only two coats. So maybe 3 works better if you do thin coats. I added a coat of Seche Vite.

I wish I had captured the silver better than I have - so you have to believe me, when I say it's gorgeous :D

Potion Polish More American Than Cherry Pie is from the Independence Day trio. See the blue Five-O Glow HERE! It is a gorgeous, bright cherry red holo with a strong effect in the sun, but it’s also visible in indoor light settings. The formula is nice to work with, the dry time is good, and it is very opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite. 

It is sooo gorgeous, I didn't want to remove it :D

Potion Polish Five-O Glow is from the Independence Day trio. It is a beautiful blue squishy holo, strong in the sun, but it’s also visible in indoor light settings. The formula is nice to work with and the dry time is good. You see it in two coat with a coat of Seche Vite.

I love this blue even more than I thought I would <3

Nationality - Artsy Wednesday

 

 

The theme in our Artsy Wednesday is this week Independence Day – and my interpretation is my national background - I have chosen to paint flags a little twist.

I live in Denmark and am a Danish citizen – thus my index.

My parents both were from Finland – thus my middle finger.

I was born in Sweden – thus my ring finger.

My surname from birth is German and still is. My grandfather moved as a young man from Germany to Finland – so I painted the German flag on my pinkie.
