Cupcake Polish Joy swatches

Cupcake Polish Joy is from the Holiday Magic 2015 collection. It is a wonderful icy blue holo with scattered holo micro glitter – so gorgeous! It was rather opaque in one coat, but this is two with a coat of Seche Vite.

I love it - and it's such a refreshing color for a Holiday collection...
