Cupcake Polish Menorah-ty
Opinion is
from the 2014 holiday collection. It’s described as a blue linear
holographic polish packed with blue micro glitter and gold flakies. Outside
the sun I see it more as a teal, but the blue really comes through in the sun and
the holo is very strong. It’s also more or less visible in other light
settings, where it battles with the flakies and glitters… This is two easy coats with a coat of Seche Vite.
It's quite impressive, isn't it..?
